Employing Activated Roller Belt™ (ARB™) technology, an Intralox ARB Merge enables accurate and reliable merging of products. Angled rollers embedded in the belt surface gently merge and position items of all types and sizes from multiple lines into single file. Items may be positioned either in the center of the belt or along a side rail.
ntralox’s ARB palletizing infeed system provides ultimate flexibility for customized pallet layer forming of the most varied products, at the highest throughput rates. Using Activated Roller Belt™ technology, Intralox’s automated palletizing infeed system includes an ARB Case Turner and an ARB Switch.
Employing Activated Roller Belt™ (ARB™) technology, Intralox’s ARB Singulator moves a group of side-by-side products into edge-aligned single file for downstream processes. This extremely reliable singulation system reduces product jams and sorting errors due to side-by-side items. The ARB Singulator is also a component of the depalletizing system.
Using Activated Roller Belt™ (ARB™) technology, an Intralox sortation system provides gentle and precise sorting of items. Intralox ARB sorters are capable of sorting bi-directionally, at 30 degrees, and at 90 degrees. Because of the unique capabilities of ARB technology, Intralox sorting systems effectively handle a wide range of products within a small footprint.
Intralox’s ARB Switch* provides a flexible, low-maintenance, safe, and reliable alternative to traditional slat switches, pusher arms, and sliding shoe sorters. Employing patented Activated Roller Belt™ (ARB™) technology, Intralox switches precisely divert/lane products from single or multiple infeed lines to multiple outfeed lines, accommodating both center and side infeeds. Items can be switched to either the left or the right, and feed positions can vary as needed.
Intralox Activated Roller Belt™ (ARB) Turner Dividers redefine efficiency and flexibility by fulfilling multiple needs with one machine.Capable of handling a massive variety of package sizes, this unique solution can turn and divide packages from multiple infeeds to multiple outfeeds at speeds of up to 400 packages per minute (ppm).
